Network failure reversion

For a network failure, its recovery can follow two modes, including revertive and non-revertive modes. Revertive mode means that when a failure occurs, its planned backup capacity is first to recover the failure, and when the failure is repaired, all the traffic carried on the backup capacity should be reverted onto the original repaired link and route. In contrast, under the non-revertive mode, it is not necessary to revert the traffic back to the original link and route, but continue using the previous backup capacity.
